Who these terms are between

These terms apply between Laska Bence egyéni vállalkozó (hello@bencelaska.com; registered address, tax number and registration number in the legal notice at bencelaska.com/legal), "I" or "me", and the business that signs up for my services, "you".

My services are for businesses. By signing up, you confirm you are acting for your business and not as a consumer.

If we agree something different in writing, that written agreement takes priority over these terms.

The service

A done-for-you short-form video package, billed every 4 weeks. It includes:

• 12 finished vertical short-form videos every 4 weeks (8 in the 4-week trial), edited from your recording
• a 1:1 positioning session at the start
• research on your niche, and topics and questions for every recording
• a simple recording framework
• refinement every 4 weeks based on how your videos perform
• the bonuses described on the website, while you are a client

Your part is one recording session every 4 weeks, sending the footage to the shared folder I set up for you, and giving feedback on the videos.

The 4-week trial

New clients can start with a 4-week trial, after a call with me. The trial is free for 4 weeks, with a card on file.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it continues automatically as a paid plan that renews every 4 weeks. The first fee is charged when the trial ends.

I email you a reminder about a week before the trial ends. To cancel, send me one message before the trial ends. You pay nothing for the trial.

Fees and billing

The fee is the one I confirm to you in writing before you add a card. It is charged every 4 weeks in advance to the card on file.

Fees are in currency and include / exclude VAT, as stated in your written offer.

If a payment fails, I may pause work until it goes through.

Cancellation

There is no long-term contract. The plan renews every 4 weeks.

You can cancel at any time by letting me know before your next billing date. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the 4-week period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

I can also end our work together with 4 weeks’ written notice.

The 12-video guarantee

Once you have sent your recording, you will receive 12 finished videos every 4 weeks, or I make up the difference. (8 during the 4-week trial.)

Making up the difference means the missing videos are delivered in the next 4-week period at no extra cost.

The guarantee depends on receiving a usable recording, covering the questions I send, within that 4-week period.

Refining the first video

I keep refining the first piece until we are fully aligned on style, pacing and direction. Then I make the rest.

No guarantee of results

I guarantee what I control: the number of finished videos, the refinement of your style and that there is no long-term contract.

I do not guarantee views, followers, leads, clients, revenue or any other result. These depend on many things outside my control, such as platforms, audiences, ad spend and your offer.

Your footage and content

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything you send me. That includes the footage, the people who appear in it, logos, music and any other material.

You are responsible for the claims made in your videos and for following the rules of the platforms where you post them.

Use of the delivered videos

Once a video is delivered and the 4-week period it belongs to is paid, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use it. You can post it, repurpose it and run it as an ad, on any platform.

Project files, templates and graphics systems I create remain mine, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

I only show your videos in my portfolio with your permission.

Liability

I am liable for damage I cause intentionally or through gross negligence. Otherwise, my total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 billing periods before the claim.

Governing law and language

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Disputes go to the courts competent for my registered address, unless the law requires otherwise.

These terms are written in English. If they are translated, the English version prevails.

Changes and contact

If I change these terms, I will tell existing clients by email at least 4 weeks before the change applies.
